HYPNOSIS

Hypnosis works by altering our state of consciousness in such a way that the analytical left-hand side of the brain

is turned off, while the non-analytical right-hand side is made more alert. The conscious control of the mind is inhibited, and the subconscious mind awoken.

Many people believe that they can’t be hypnotised. 

The truth is, hypnosis is a natural state that we all travel through at least twice a day as we drift into and out of sleep, that wonderful moment before waking or sleeping where

everything seems soft, fuzzy and only partially real.

That is not to say that all people are easy candidates and often

try to resist or will say they weren’t really hypnotised, they heard every word.

Well, that’s ok, the changes will happen anyway!

Hypnotherapy is a wonderful way to release negative emotions, deal with past traumas and

experiences quickly and effectively  without having to relive the event. To build confidence and restore

balance and happiness,  re-align feelings and gain freedom from overwhelming negative thoughts and self talk.

A great way of disassociating emotional charge from memories.  Highly effective for dealing with trauma & PTSD
